A WOMAN was treated after a kitchen fire this evening (Tuesday, September 22).The blaze started after food stored on top of a hob caught fire when the hob was accidentally switched on.The woman, who suffered smoke inhalation, was led to safety by Humberside Fire and Rescue, who administered oxygen therapy.The smoke detector was activated after the incident on Queens Avenue in Barton-upon-Humber at about 6.50pm.
