SCUNTHORPE-based Clugston Construction has been awarded a major contract by Siemens at its Hull wind turbine facility.
The firm will build a 132,000 sq ft service and logistics centre at the city's Alexandra Dock.
It will support a wnd turbine blade factory which is already under construction.
The service and logistics centre is to be used as a national wind power maintenance hub and will store parts and equipment.
Clugston said the work would support more than 250 jobs.
