Clover Breakers, which has grown steadily, specialises in Alfa Romeo vehicles which are dismantled for used parts, which are stored and resold.
The firm is now seeking planning permission for commercial use at 2 School Lane, Grayingham.
West Lindsey District Council has the application under consideration.
