WORK has started on building the first disabled toilet with baby-changing facilities and a storeroom at a village pub. .
The £15,000 investment at the Keadby and Althorpe Workingmen's Club has been supported by energy suppliers SSE, owners of Keadby power station.
The club is the last remaining licensed premise in the village and secretary Alan Moss was confident the opening of the disabled toilet would boost the present 450-strong membership.
