North Lincolnshire Council is looking to sell off a former children's home it has declared surplus to requirements.
The eight-bedroomed property with a guide price of £170,000 was sold subject to contract some months ago but is now back on the market.
The imposing, detached building on Poplar Drive, Brigg - part of the Springbank housing estate - is quite modern, being built in the 1970s.
