SUPPORTERS of the 900 Scunthorpe steelworkers facing redundancy held a placard demonstration outside the Tata Steel works today.
Organiser Stuart Maw, 49, said: "We are showing solidarity with the steelworkers and trying to boost their morale. Many of them must be feeling depressed today."It is disgusting to think that David Cameron is wining and dining with the the Chinese president when steelworkers will be struggling to put food on the table for their families this Christmas."
