PRIME Minister David Cameron has reportedly failed to win any concessions over the dumping of cheap Chinese Steel.
On the day it was announced 900 jobs would be axed by Tata Steel in Scunthorpe, Mr Cameron welcomed Chinese Premier Xi Jinping to the country.
Many hoped the Prime Minister would use the opportunity to limit the amount of cut-price Chinese steel – which has been blamed for many of the UK Steel industry's problems – flooding the market.
