UNION bosses say consultations have started in Scunthorpe over the proposed 900 job cuts at Tata Steel.
Paul McBean, the chairman of the works multi-union committee, said: "The workforce will be kept up to date on what is happening with regular, timely communicated briefs, so that they will all know what is happening throughout the process.
