A new £5m BAE Systems Training Academy for apprentice technicians will open at Humberside Airport, Kirmington, on Thursday (October 29)at 11am.
The training academy will provide more than 60 apprenticeship opportunities each year, resulting in 150 plus jobs in the next three years.
The BAE Systems RJ Mitchell Aircraft Academy is named after the inventor of the iconic Spitfire aircraft.
Following the official opening, a Graduation Apprentice Award ceremony will take place.
