VEHICLES could be banned from accessing one of the country's oldest suspension bridges in a bid to beat the vandals.Council chiefs are proposing taking the "unusual step" of closing Bridge Lane from Winterton, which leads up to the Horkstow Suspension Bridge.They are proposing installing a gate, which will restrict vehicles, but still allow access for pedestrians, cyclists and horses with removable bollards on both sides of the bridge.The grade two listed monument has been targeted...
