THE following case was dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:
Garry Rands, 54, of Fieldside, Crowle, pleaded guilty to production of cannabis and dishonestly causing a quantity of electricity to be wasted or diverted. He was given a three-month community order with a curfew requirement, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85.
