North Lincolnshire Council is proposing to close a link road in Scunthorpe and will do so by putting bollards across the street.
As part of the Brat Hill Farm housing development, a planning condition was imposed requiring the link road between Staindale Road and Coverdale Road to be closed to motor vehicles (except emergency vehicles).
Putting bollards across the road will comply with this condition.
A traffic regulation order will need to be implemented where motor vehicles are prohibited...
