North Lincolnshire housebuilding firm Keigar is seeking the go-ahead for 135 homes on a new estate.
It has applied to council planners for permission to build the properties and construct roads and sewers.
Keigar also intends to provide public open space and landscaping as part of the development on land near North Street and Cemetery Road, Winterton.
Keigar, which is based in Barton, owns the site.
