The following offender was dealt with at the Court Centre in Laneham Street, Scunthorpe, with North Lincolnshire magistrates hearing the matter and passing sentence:
DANYAL JOSEPH WELSH, 31, of Paradise Place, Brigg, pleaded guilty to drug-driving. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £120, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge, costs of £85 and a criminal courts charge of £150.
