Drivers in Scunthorpe are being alerted to stretches of temporary road surface.
North Lincolnshire Council began extensive roadworks on the A18 last night (Monday) and the initial resurfacing phase included removal of the top layer.
Drivers using Morrisons roundabout, on the outskirts of the town, and the adjoining entry road to the Lakeside Retail Park, need to take care.
The repair scheme will take a further four nights, operating between 9pm and 5am.
