Three new shops and 14 homes are planned in a major town centre development project.
The scheme will be considered tomorrow by North Lincolnshire Council's planning committee when it meets at Scunthorpe Civic Centre, from 2pm.
Market Court Developments Ltd is seeking the go-ahead to demolish a metal-clad shop, store and retail stall and build eight town houses, six flats and three shops.
