A former Scunthorpe school building could be declared "surplus to requirements" following a merger with another establishment. The building is no longer in use and is in "poor condition", with North Lincolnshire Council liable for its running costs, a report states. If declared surplus, the former Priory Lane Infant School could be added to the council's property sales portfolio in a bid to "maximise effective use of assets and secure value for money".
