Pub chain JD Wetherspoon, which has outlets in Scunthorpe and Brigg, tops national food hygiene ratings for the UK over the past five years.
The Food Standards Agency says Wetherspoon and Pret A Manger have both gained top five star ratings in 93.1 per cent of inspections.
