SCUNTHORPE-based contractor Britcon has been appointed to carry out a 2,000 sq ft extension at the Lidl supermarket in North Lincolnshire.The project will see a new bakery preparation area, known as a backnische, added to the Atherton Way store in Brigg.Work on the extension is set to begin next week and is expected to continue for 12 weeks.Britcon has recently completed extensions for Lidl in Barton-Upon-Humber, Grimsby, Coventry and Leicester.It has also been awarded a contract to build a new...
