A SCUNTHORPE shopkeeper has dropped his plans to sell alcohol 24 hours a day.This followed a storm of protest.Residents had also objected to the plan for Boozemaster, Frodingham Road, on the grounds of increased public nuisance and rubbish dumping.The shopkeeper is Bharat Singh.
