Former England football manager Graham Taylor will be the guest of honour at a summer fete in Scunthorpe on Sunday (August 2).
The event, at Lincolnshire House on Brumby Wood Lane, will include a BBQ, tombola, raffle and funfair, while entertainment will be provided by the Scunthorpe Pipe Band, the Ruby Twirlers and The Buskers.
It runs from 11.30am to 3pm and entry is free.
Proceeds will go towards the Wish appeal, which helps develop independent living flats.
