FREE parking is continuing to have a big positive effect on businesses in Brigg, according to traders' representatives.Latest figures show a total of 262,350 free parking tickets were issued in North Lincolnshire Council car parks in the town during 2015.Although the 2014 figure was slightly higher, at 268,554, that included six months where drivers had to get a ticket to park for free on Saturdays – Brigg's busiest shopping day.No tickets have been required on Saturdays since June 2014...
