National chain Subway has revealed when it will open its new outlet in Scunthorpe.
The restaurant - now taking shape on the Lakeside Retail Park at Ashby - will create 10 jobs.
A spokesman for Subway said: "I can confirm that the new store on Lakeside Park will open during the last week of February 2016."
KFC is having a new restaurant built in the same area of the shopping park.
That will open on March 7 and has created 40 jobs.
