POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a 'hit and run' caused £600 worth of damage.A vehicle failed to stop after colliding with a red Volkswagen Polo parked on Bigby Road, Brigg, between 10pm on Tuesday, December 29 and 10.50am the following day.
