A MAN has appeared in court in relation to an incident at a petrol station in Barton-Upon-Humber.
Gareth Jackson, 30, of Holydyke, Barton, appeared at Grimsby and Cleethorpes Magistrates' Court on Saturday (January 31).
He is charged with robbery and possession of a weapon in a public place.
The charges came after Humberside Police was called following an incident at the petrol station on Ferriby Road in the town at around 9pm last Wednesday (January 27).
