Both carriageways of the Humber Bridge have now reopened.The bridge is still closed to high sided vehicles and caravans because of strong winds.Workers recovered the stranded lorry which toppled over on the southbound carriageway, badly disrupting traffic on the main crossing point between the two banks of the Humber.The stricken HGV caused traffic chaos after gale-force winds blew it over at 12.30pm.
