THE following case was dealt with at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court:
Brian Duncan, 58, of Jacklins Lane, Luddington, pleaded guilty to drink-driving. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £340, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34, costs of £85 and a criminal courts charge of £150.
