A well-established retailer is to leave Scunthorpe town centre.
It currently occupies all the trading area on one floor of the well-known Westgate building in the Precinct.
Furniture and furnishings specialist AHF is to move out of the second floor of the department store at 28-32 Southgate.
No date has yet been revealed.
An "everything must go, go go!" sale is now under way.
On offer are chests from £99, beds from £189 and sofas from £299.
