A CARNIVAL this weekend will raise funds for a three-year-old boy with cerebral palsy.Charlie Smith, of Messingham, was born prematurely at 35 weeks and suffered brain damage called peri-ventricular leukomylasia and spastic diplegic cerebral palsy.This means all his limbs, but especially his legs, are affected with spasticity due to brain damage.
