NORTH Lincolnshire MP Andrew Percy is leading a rebellion against proposed cuts to disability payments announced in the budget. The Conservative Brigg and Goole MP organised a letter to Chancellor George Osborne calling on him to rethink planned cuts to the personal independence payment (PIP) which helps disabled people cope with the extra cost of living.
