POLICE are investigating whether cannabis was being grown at a property which caught fire today (Wednesday, March 30).Emergency services were called to the scene at about 9.40am after reports of smoke coming from the roof of a property on Cemetery Road, Scunthorpe.The road was cordoned off for two hours between Cottage Beck Road and Haig Avenue while 16 firefighters tackled the incident.The fire is not believed to be suspicious and nobody was hurt.A Humberside Police spokesman said: "Police...
