A SEARCH has been launched to find a new site for one of Scunthorpe's best-known landmarks, the Crosby Angel – a memorial to the dead of the First World War.The Angel has stood in the playground of Crosby Primary School on the corner of Sheffield Street and Frodingham Road for 93 years.The memorial was the brainchild of George Taylor, the head teacher of the school from 1908 to 1933.But its future could be in doubt when the school relocates to a £5 million new build site off Normanby...
