POLICE say an 80-year-old woman who suffered life-threatening injuries after her car collided with a tree on Tuesday is in "a critical but stable condition" this morning (Thursday).
The force is appealing for witnesses to the incident which happened on Walcot Road, Walcot near Alkborough at 3.40pm on Tuesday (May 10).
