Thousands of shoppers who visit Scunthorpe's Lakeside Retail Park will be greeted by a new look.
For the go-ahead has been given for fresh signs near the entry road and also a 10m tall triangular totem containing the names of businesses trading on the park at Ashby Ville, near the A18.
They include Argos, B&M Bargains and Argos.
North Lincolnshire Council has granted permission to Limes Developments, of Wakefield, for the signs.
