With time running out before BHS closes its store in Scunthorpe with the loss of 40 jobs, customers are being warned to cash in any vouchers or gift cards - before it's too late.
Following the announcement that the company has gone into liquidation, the stores will soon shut their doors forever - and the jobs of 11,000 employees nationwide are to be axed after BHS failed to find a buyer for its 163 stores.
