STEELWORKERS who are caught speeding on a road leading from the Scunthorpe site face disciplinary action.Tata Steel issued the warning after lowering the speed limit on Dawes Lane from 30mph to 20mph.Random spot-checks will be carried out by work security officers following concerns raised by residents in nearby Santon.Tata Steel has been able to lower the speed limit in line with the rest of the 2,000-acre site because Dawes Lane is owned by the company.
