THE following people have been sentenced at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court for fishing without a licence:
LISTINAS BIRENIS, 28, of Ferry Road, Scunthorpe, was found guilty in his absence of fishing or taking fish otherwise than in accordance with a licence. He was fined £73, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £127.
