Uncle Henry's at Grayingham, near Kirton Lindsey, has been named one of Britain's top four butchers.
The excellence accolade came at the prestigious Meat Management Industry Awards.
Britain's Best Butcher's Shop Award went to Cam Family Butchers, of Dursley, Gloucestershire.
Finalists were Uncle Henry's, Elite Meat and the Moody Sow Farm Shop.
