The following offender was dealt with at the Court Centre in Laneham Street, Scunthorpe, with North Lincolnshire magistrates hearing the matter and passing sentence:
MICHAEL NURSE, 34, of Dale Street, Scunthorpe, was found guilty of breaching an antisocial behaviour order and pleaded guilty to failing to surrender to custody. He was committed to prison for six weeks, suspended for six months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and a criminal courts charge of £1,000.
