ASHBY Road in Scunthorpe was blocked and the air ambulance was in attendance earlier this evening (Thursday, August 25). The road was blocked outside The Priory pub by a police van, with a police officer diverting traffic. The air ambulance was flying overhead.Members of the public at the scene said that they thought there had been a crash, although any official information is yet to be released by the police.
