AN OPPORTUNISTIC thief snatched £500 from a North Lincolnshire shop in "the spur of the moment", a court heard.
Gheorge Rostas, 26, pleaded guilty to the theft at North Lincolnshire Magistrates' Court on August 18.
Rebecca Dolby, prosecuting, said the incident happened at the Greenhill Store in Haxey on July 16.
