ONE OF the country's most iconic retailers has disappeared from the high street after the final 22 BHS stores closed their doors for the final time today (Sunday, August 28).
The stores were the last to close their doors in a final wave of closures.
Last month the BHS store in Scunthorpe closed as part of a second wave of closures.
BHS has had a 56-year association with Scunthorpe, having first traded in the town in 1960.
