FIREFIGHTERS were called into action to deal with an incident in Scunthorpe this afternoon (Monday, August 29).
A crew from Humberside Fire and Rescue Service was sent to the scene, at a property on Beauchamp Walk, at around 4pm.
The fire service said a washing machine was involved in the fire.
Crew members used one hose reel to extinguish it.
