North Lincolnshire Council says it is proposing to make changes to where disabled Blue Badge holders can park on Church Lane, Scunthorpe, to make things safer for drivers.
Currently, disabled Blue Badge holders can park on the double yellow lines on Church Lane outside Scunthorpe General Hospital.
But numerous complaints have been received about cars parked on the brow of the hill.
