A new tea room, craft shop and craft workshop in Scunthorpe town centre has been given the go-ahead.North Lincolnshire Council has set the opening hours at 8am to 9.30pm, Monday to Friday; and 8am to 5.30pm, Saturdays.Scunthorpe-based community group Sowing Smiles made the successful application for 17 Laneham Street.
