The rating system used is:
FIVE STARS: Very good.
FOUR STARS: Good
THREE STARS: Generally satisfactory
TWO STARS: Improvement necessary
ONE STAR Major improvement necessary
NO STARS: Urgent improvement necessary.
Co-operative Food, Market Place, Epworth, has been given a Food Hygiene Rating of 2 (Improvement Necessary) by North Lincolnshire Council.
