Part of a street near Scunthorpe town centre looks like being permanently closed.
But the Department of Transport has given notice to the public that the "stopping off" of part of Gurnell Street can only be undertaken to enable a specific development planned by North Lincolnshire Council.
This is the change of use of land to create a playing field for Scunthorpe Church of England Primary School.
