Highways England is to begin roadworks on the M180 tonight (Monday, August 17).
They are likely to take two weeks to complete and will involve sections of road being closed to traffic overnight from 8pm to 6am.
Carriageway resurfacing, road stud renewal and routine maintenance will be undertaken between Junctions 1 and 2.
This will involve the closure of entry and exit slip roads, with alternative routes being signposted to assist motorists.
