An application seeking permission to create a fast food takeaway has been withdrawn, North Lincolnshire Council has revealed.
The plan was to convert and alter a vacant convenience shop at 17 Low Street, Haxey.
The application came from Sri Chandrakumar, of Kirkby in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire.
The council received a number of objections from the public, expressing concerns about traffic, noise and odours.
