The cost to tax-payers of finding bed and breakfast and other temporary accommodation for homeless people is going down, according to the latest figures released by North Lincolnshire Council.
The total spend last year dropped to £41,714.34, compared to £122,371.22 in 2012/13.
Last year the council's housing advice experts helped in 800 cases.
